Plot

Act 1

Juliet visits Mars with Bryan O'Callahan, who shows her the racing scene there. She falls in love with the idea of creating a multi-planetary racing league to foster goodwill between Earth and Mars.

Act 2

After the assassination of _Monarch_ and her brothers, Juliet becomes acting and then official ruler of Azure City
